What we collect

There are no accounts on Market Anarchy, so there is no name, password or payment to keep.

If you join the newsletter, we keep your email address and where you signed up, the footer of a page or the end of a piece. We keep it to send the newsletter and for nothing else: it is not sold, rented or shared with anyone. The list is stored with Supabase, the database the site runs on.

Advertising

Ads on this site are served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites, and to measure how ads perform. You can read how Google uses data from sites that show its ads at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and manage personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent prompt appears before any advertising cookie is set. You can accept, refuse or choose per purpose, and change your choice at any time from Privacy settings at the foot of every page.

Audience measurement

We count page views with Vercel Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Your theme

If you switch between light and dark, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it next time. It stays on your device; we never see it.

Hosting and logs

The site runs on Vercel. Like any host, Vercel records standard request data such as IP address and browser type to serve the pages and keep the service running, under its own privacy policy.

If this changes

If we add anything else that collects data about you, we will update this page first and say plainly what changed.
